Signing in to your ticketing system

1 Open the ticketing system

This is your own ticketing platform, where your events, ticket types, orders and guest lists live.

Go here directly rather than through the admin dashboard. The button inside the dashboard is being fixed — this link always works.

2 Sign in

This account has full admin access. Please change the password once you are in — top-right menu, then Profile. If Bykonz and Mimi would like separate logins, just ask and we will set them up.

3 What you can do in there

• Dashboard — sales, orders and attendee numbers at a glance
• Orders — every purchase, with refunds and resending tickets
• Attendees — your guest list, and check-in on the door
• Ticket types — prices, phases, table packages and how many are on sale
• Reports — revenue and sales breakdowns

4 Two things to expect

Pages take a few seconds to open. We know, and we are fixing it — it is the connection in front of the system, not your data. Everything loads correctly if you give it a moment.

If pages look empty, check your ad blocker. Blockers such as uBlock or AdBlock stop this system loading its own data, because the web address contains the word “events”. Allow this site in your blocker, or open it in a different browser, and it will work normally.
